People are all unique. It’s essential to “capture” their likeness. The eyes are probably the most important. They say the eyes are the window to the soul. I find studying the subject from various angles helps. I often turn my canvas on its side or upside down to get a better look.
Rock Heads
24×18 acrylic on canvas. I screen captured a couple shots from a video I watched and composed this. It’s a cool view of Mt. Rushmore from behind Washington’s head.
