Remembering an old class field trip. The Statue of Liberty is so large! I did a little study before this painting. Her fingers are 8 ft long. The framing under the copper exterior is the same as the Eiffel Tower.

Mostly self-taught with a natural ability to draw at an early age. I lean toward realistic work and I pay attention to detail. I've worked with oil paints in the past, but mostly acrylics.
